Grateful Tree and Hedge

Aaron, Tommy and team are fantastic. Got 4 trees removed and stump grind. Aaron quoted 3 day project (1 of the trees was massive) and completed in 2.5 days. Cleanup is top notch too! Highly recommend for their professionalism, promptness and also how the entire team went over & beyond while at my home. Once driveway project is completed, will use Grateful Tree and Hedge to replant new palm trees. Thank you!!!

Been using Grateful Tree and Hedge for the last couple of years to do our hedges and prune our oak tree, and I only have good things to say about them. Aaron and Justin are great, as is everyone else I've dealt with. They are always on time, accommodating, fairly priced, and always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I'm very glad to have found them. They are very detail-oriented, which I really appreciate, and they're also super friendly and willing to help. I will definitely keep using them. Thanks guys!"

Grateful Tree and Hedge took excellent care of me, a breath of fresh air. I called 6 other “arborists” looking to have someone come out and trim one of my neglected palms that the previous owner of this house wasn’t maintaining. Most of them never answered their phone, or called me back. The only other one who did answer - didn’t have a schedule. I waited 6 weeks for availability. Finally I gave up and called the next on my list - Grateful Tree and Hedge. They answered on the second ring, gave me a quote same day, and put me on a schedule to get the work done. They showed up when they said they were going to, with a big crew, and did an excellent job. They were nice, and answered all of my questions happily - I was blown away after such a bad experience with a previous company. They even cleaned up all the trimmings, and raked up the yard, making everything look perfect again - which I was not expecting. They have earned a customer for life now.

From the moment I contacted this company Tommy has been very responsive and great follow up. We had a big job in my opinion with this company planting 100 Clusia to create a privacy hedge. Tommy came out to the property to give me a quote. We also went to the business to see the plants before contracting. Everything discussed went as planned and we are extremely happy with their service. They showed up on time, brought the crew to make sure they completed everything that day. They cleaned up and watered the plants before leaving. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest and professional crew to handle your landscaping needs.

I recently worked with Grateful Tree and Hedge, and this was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the very beginning, everything was clear and straightforward. They took the time to explain the scope of work, pricing was fair and transparent (especially compared to other quotes I received), and there were no surprises along the way. They also handled the entire city permit process for me, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Aaron and his crew were outstanding. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. The job was done exactly as promised — no issues, no shortcuts. What really impressed me was the attention to detail: they didn’t just complete the work, they went the extra mile to make sure everything looked clean and properly finished. After the job was done, the entire area was cleaned up, leveled, and left in excellent condition — honestly better than before they started. The team was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things the right way. Bottom line: if you need tree work, hedge rem
